How the project originated? Focus community identified  many problems during the development seminar with them but their priority need is to secure the future of their educated boys and girls( articulated or inter passed). Community stressed for a centre as the community based, according to their resources, after training will have good demand for jobs, sustainable and easy to maintain.

In the follow-up the AIM and informal leaders of community came to the conclusion, to cover all such a.m. aspects the centre having training for computer skill will be suitable.

According to the community, the project has following benefits.

1. It has equal opportunities of education, training and jobs for boys and girls.

2. Jobs are available in schools, factories, industries, research institutes, hospitals, departmental stores, private or government organizations, colleges, traveling agencies, banks, cinemas, construction agencies and news agencies. It is our observation daily 30-40 % advertisements for computer jobs are present in daily newspaper, journals or magazines

3. Local contribution is according to the affordability of target community.

4. AIM keeps human potential regarding this project.

5. According to the need and demand of the community.

6. Adequate capacity for the supervision and monitoring of the project.

7. One time contribution needed project and can be sustained by its own means and resources
