Unemployment is not the single problem but responsible for many other social and economic problems. Focus group for this project identified the need of driving school in keeping following justifications.

1. In cities, job opportunities are available in houses or in public transport.

2. Doers will involve in positive activities.

3. Economic development for themselves and for their families.

AIM is charging Rs.1300 ($ 22) for 20 days (6 kms per student per day) whereas commercial centers charging Rs.4000 ($ 68) for the same period. Females also received the drive training but that only for sake of domestic purposes. Males completed the training are very satisfied with the services and program.
