Rural women has many tough duties than an urban women she has to wake up early in the morning and she have to do work till night. She has the duty to serve her family members and to do household tasks, to attend her kids, to cook food, to sweep the house, to fetch water for her house, to collect fuel wood and to make dung cake for the alternate of the wood. She is doing embroidery on bed sheets, shirts, cushions, sofa backs, table clothes and mats. Crochet work is also very popular in these rural areas. Most of the women has contact with market dealers who is responsible for the marketing of their work because these women has no concept about the marketing of their work and also unaware about the actual importance and price of their work in market and they are being exploiting by these market dealers. Because their work has more demand in market and they are taking very less amount for their work. If any authorized agency or group will work with them they will protect themselves from exploitation at some extent. They will take the actual and appropriate amount of their work which will help them in creating them the courage to do more to strengthen of their household affairs.

It is very good initiative to do something with such women who are being exploiting by these people. They also share to do such tasks for the help of her husband and for the economic uplift of their houses. They discuss that an organization or group has no any difficulty in making contact with market dealers and will easily help them in selling their products in market.  

She has to do countless tasks but her husbands and in-laws consider that her work is not very important and it is her duty to do all. Which is the cause of creating inferior complex in women and girls? But women are interested to do something for their own and for their other family members. These women have the capacity and ability to participate in developmental activities and to show themselves as a individual. 

Mostly young girls are considering burden over families due to non-productive activities. Women and girls stressed and identified the need of any training and the facility to get connected with market. Because they realized that their development only lies in skill learning and the utilization of their existed skills. Most of the girls and women identified if they got training of sewing, knitting and embroidery plus order work they can earn for themselves and for their families because it is the only trade which is permanent and sustainable and everyone is using cloth according to their approach and need whether he is rich or poor. Majority of the women in these areas have the skill of sewing, embroidery, crochet, knitting, to make decoration pieces .So, they will protect themselves by working with an organization or any authorized group which will help them in gaining raw material from market and then in marketing and also they will take the actual and suitable amount of their work. 

Women shared that they are skilled in the handicraft production but lacking raw material is the main cause for not doing and the main cause for their exploitation.
