As the new strategic plan for 2005, AIM
organized a formal team of Motivators and
conducted two day training for them with the
following objectives.

To prepare them as the leaders.
-
To prepare them to plan projects to solve
their problems.
-
To prepare the community to plan, to
implement and to sustain their projects as
programs.
Mission of training
Motivation is the regular process
Motivation is the slow process
Motivation should start with smaller groups
and in keeping expected beneficiaries’ demands
and needs. |
