Background of the training
AIM is the working with the grassroots
community through different activities. While working
with the community, they identified the need for the
organization of training for their literate and matric
qualified girls in the health concerns.
AIM has the following resources regarding this program
Health staff
Health clinic with 70-120 patients per day
Field for exposure
AIM registered 30 girls with the background
of poor and resource less community. We have the small
place to accommodate the girls. We have started with 16
girls with certain criteria from March 01, 2005.
AIM planning for this program
AIM prepared the package for 6 months and has
the following subjects.

Gynecology.

General treatment
-
Clinical laboratory tests.
-
Motivation.
We are searching for the resources to
accommodate all girls with the formal way.
