16th Year of Community Concern and Partnership

AIM’s Developmental Approach

AIM

IDENTITY, MERGE AND ACTION
An  Organization  inaugurated  in  1991 to support community development programs at  grassroots  level.

The development of people rather the development of things
Situation analysis through empathy not through sympathy
Work with the people not for the people
Root causes of the problems are important to tackle than their effects
Peoples’ projects make them more merged and self-reliant

According to AIM

Projects are the tools to develop partnership with the community to aware and to educate the community for their sustainable development.

“I cannot do what you can do, you cannot do what I can do, but together we can do great things.” Mother Teresa of Calcutta

“If you tell me something, I may forget it. If you also show me, I may remember it. But if you involve me, I will definitely understand.”

AIM’s Vision

Community development through Self-identified programs for their Self-reliance and to promote civil society.
